Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Burbank, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
We carry compatible repair materials for multiple membrane brands, since mismatched patch material is a common cause of repeat flat roof failures.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Membrane Flat Roof Repair credentials cover commercial licensing requirements across Burbank, OH.
We coordinate Burbank scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Most Burbank flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
Repaired seams are tested for a proper bond before we leave the site.
They tested the seam repair with water before considering the job done.
